Return & Exchange Period

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging including gift box and tags.

Eligible Products

• Products that are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect in size or color.

• Jewelry that has not been worn, altered, or exposed to water or chemicals (except our waterproof collections).

Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Customized or personalized jewelry

• Gift cards

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit according to customer preference. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers in Saudi Arabia enjoy free exchanges for size or product replacement. Return shipping cost for refunds may be deducted unless the product was defective or incorrect.
